I need a good ab workout that i can do nightly, preferably without weights. (I don’t have many). I need to build a lot of muscle quick. Anything that involves building arm and chest muscles (with or without weights) would be nice too. Please help. Thanks
Ok without weights its not as fast, but do 4 sets of 20 crunches while simultaneously bringing your knees into your chest. Do not do crunches everyday, allow for 1 full day to recover. On the second day do power pushups for your chest 3 sets of 6-8. Power pushups: Do a pushup but jump yourself up and do a clap before you back down. (youtube it).
