has anyone gotten a 6-pack with one of those machines like ab lounger, ab doer, or others advertised on tv?
I’m trying to find out if it would be worth it to invest in one of those and stick to them religiously to help mark my abdominal area. I think proportionately, I’m okay, but I just need to tone my abs, b/c I can tell they’re there but they need to get marked. In other words, I want to know if one of those machines will help me with that. Please tell me your experience with those machines. I am also exercising and eating 5-6 small meals a day including snacks. And drinking lots of water. So please, I just want to hear your story with one of those ab machines. The machine names and prices also.
the ab lounger is about 90$. It really does work your abs and it’s really not as hard on your back, tailbone, and neck as crunches and sit-ups are.

My mom got the ab roller or whatever you call it and does kinda work. You only get a four pack, not a six pack. The bottom is really difficult to work out. The ab lounge wasn’t any good. I don’t know the price for the ab roller, I don’t think they make those any more, maybe you can find one on ebay. I wish you good luck.
